How is your AM & PM Home Routine?
When I was in secondary school, I recall a teacher sharing with the classroom about her morning rituals. She spoke about how she lived by her morning routine of saying affirmations to herself while brushing her teeth, standing in front of the mirror. At that time, as a teenager, I did not fully understand it.
