As perpetual consumers, we have the superpower of shopping and collecting things here and there, placing them around our homes in undesignated places. While organisation may not come naturally to everyone, refining these skills can be immensely helpful. Decluttering isn't just about tidying up physical spaces; it's a transformative process that can significantly benefit mental well-being through altering our visual environment.
